As I began the process of founding Visente, one of the first questions I was asked was regarding the core values that should shape the company. Reflecting on my experience as a consultant and the qualities I deeply value and appreciate in an employer the answer become clear. Consequently, our work is now driven by three core values: inspiration, impact, and integrity - our ”trinity”. Let me explain what each of them represent for us:
